Newbie with an 81 xs400- ‘Straight Outta Barnton’..rusty tank and Seized carbs…! Help???

Hey folks- so, I snagged this baby out of a farmers barn in Indiana..sight unseen- mixed bag when it arrived- 30 years of barn dirt, a little surface rust on the chrome, rusty gas tank, and then the carbs…when I say seized, I mean black tar city- anyway, I’m not really too mechanically inclined but I decided to grab a stick set of carbs on eBay and will probably sell mine to someone who actually can do a rebuild- is there a video or something that can help me with tuning those carbs? The project has begun- oh, bike has 3300 miles on it, original faring (off already), bar, etc! Pics of before and I’ll post the after pics as well! Cheers to you all and any tips, guidance and help would be appreciated! This is a one owner bike (well now two…) road ready soon (I hope..)
