ordered new pilot jets, they look different than the ones i already had

I specifically ordered 42.5 Pilot Jet. Bought from powersportsplus through the carb diagram for my bike model.

These are the jets i got in the mail, labeled as 42.5 pilot jet. They are smooth with no holes on the side

These are what the jets look like that i have now: also labeled as 42.5 pilot jet

There has to be a mistake here?? or maybe the jets look different but function equally?

They told me I could return them for refund

They sent you non-bleed ones for vm carbs and some early cv's. You want the ones with the holes in it. Your bike wont idle right without them.
