Rising idle issue

When I start my bike after it warms up, idles up on its own. Raises about 2000rpm. Throttle snap stays the same. Adjust idle screw. Idles down sometimes but will idle back up. Carbs have been rebuilt multiple times, new seals, adjusted. New carb holders. Could a stuck float cause this issue?
Any help or suggestions???

They tend to idle higher when warmed up, but it could be the pilot jet is bigger than it needs to be. A couple of questions to narrow it down:

- do you know what pilot jet is in the carbs?
- how many turns out are your pilot mixture screws?
