Running to lean or just right?

I have to ask. Does these spark plugs look as if my scoot is running to lean or just right?
Any thoughts are appreciated.

Thanks (again) drewpy. Any ideas as of how to fix my second one? They are jetted exactly the same right now..

just open up the mix screw a turn on that side
