Hey guys so I changed my car jets to 142.5 mains 42.5 pilot and set the idle air to 2.5 turns it has pods and a high flow exhaust. Bike runs better now and has way more power in the low revs, when I changed the jets from 149 and 46 I cleaned the carbs since they were out of the bike. Now I cruise down the road the bike does great but hit 6000 rpm and it won't go any faster regardless of gear I'm in. What did I do wrong.

It currently has the 142.5 in it with the 42.5. I cannot install the old jets because they were damaged before I got the bike

Pull the plugs and see what they look like. If it ran good with the 149 I would go back to it. Have you synced the carbs with a manometer?
