Hi everyone! Long time no yap!

Almost a year ago, I installed a Works rear monoshock and Racetech fork springs on my '82 Seca. In doing so and hurried to get back on the road, I set everything to "insane stiff" and went on my way.

Now, with an aching neck and shoulders, I'm ready to tune everything properly.

What sag do you folks feel is sensible and adequate? I prefer accurate figures to "kinda mushy" or "wherever you feel comfortable" LOL.

My blog provides a sag calculator but that applies more to larger sport-touring bikes, such as my Bandit 1200.

Figures, thoughts and suggestions for the suspension settings on my little 400 are invited :D
