hi im new to the site but not new to motorcycles. and my question is how the heck do u open the fron drum. im used to working on disk brakes and this part is compleatly new to me.

Basically, just take the wheel off and pull the drum out.
In the tech section an online manual you can save to disk:

got her all together just need a good cleaning now she can roll for the first time in a long time....
