Carbs are being negotiated right now with another member, will update parts availability this weekend.

I have bars off an '81 as well. Chrome is starting to come off a bit, but they're still in good condition.

I'm parting out an '81 special. Clutch cable and plate should work. No 100% on the brake spring. Are you referring to the exhaust manifold?
