Ok, I bought a 78 Yamaha DT125 tank. I know it's not an XS400 tank but I plan to try and fit it :thumbsup: It has a screw on type petcock, I wanted to try to find a brass petcock or explore different options rather than just the stock one. I measured it with a caliper and appears to be 16mm...

After I get the 18" rear sorted out I have to find an 18" spoked disc wheel for the front so i can start my sport bike rotor/caliper project.

If I'm not mistaken i think some of the 78-79's came with wired/spoked drum brake rears. I'm kinda hoping to find one of those.

Ok, I have 16" rear but I'm thinking I may want to run 18" front and back. What do I need to consider and what wheels are available to someone in the US? P.S. I'm looking specifically for a drum brake/ spoked wheel. I think maybe the '79 had one?

If Fubar doesn't want them I may take 'em. I'm kinda rethinking my strategy as well though. I like the look of the spoked wheels but I want a disc brake on the front. I think I found a 78 XS360 wire wheel with disc that should work.
