I need help with my petcock. I bought a replacement on eBay and the holes don't match up with the holes on the tank.
My question is how do those plates off parts and more work? What does it take to make it all work?
Okay. Just to clarify. The rear master cylinder looked like it had 2 holes. The front only has one correct? Every time I pull the lever and release it squirts up out of the one hole in the reservoir.
I will try the syringe from the bleeder method. Thank you.
thank you for the responses. i will try your suggestion. only thing i can think of is that i put the rubber piece on the end of the piston in the MC the wrong way. Is it normal for fluid to spit out of the hole in the MC reservoir when releasing the lever? or is that because there is air trapped...
Okay so I got the rear master cylinder bled by putting the other end of the brake line in the reservoir and that did the trick for the rear. They work great now.

Hello everyone I have purchased new brake lines, rebuilt the master cylinder on the front and rear, and rebuilt/cleaned both calipers.
