I accidentally cracked one of my boots when I used O rings that were a lil to big. Not all the way through, but I was going to try the heat shrink idea on mine. What I'm finding difficult and I did find some reproduction ones for about $100 a piece or so, are the diaphragm assemblies.
If that's the deal about using a Kawasaki GPz550 oil cover, yes I did see it and have ordered one. Was just hoping to get lucky with an original. Thanks again.
Update: the Kawasaki cover does work.
Thank you for looking. Do you happen to know if they're all one length? I thought I read somewhere that there are 2 different lengths, one for the inner and one for the outer ones, but the service manual only shows one. Thank you again.
