UPDATE: My mechanic fixed the problem (micro holes in the original floats. Gas got into them and they weren't floating), and now my bike runs great. I found this bike on Craigslist for $250. It had 3840 miles on it. It had been stored inside in a guys basement for 24 years without being started. It now runs great!
