I've went to all lengths that are viable to me to get this sucker out. Left handed bit, filed & vice gripped the side, blow torched the hell out of it. Does anyone have any ideas for how to get this out, that doesn't involve welding? Really running out of options on what to do.

Update: A stupid amount of brute force solved this problem. Everything was stuck together. Suggestions for what to lube this up with so it doesn't happen next time?

It does, but not easily, screwdriver + light tap from mallet will get it to turn along with the axle.

I've tapped the threaded end so hart, I feel like I'm going to break something. Definitely feels like something is still "stuck". I've doused the opposite side in PB blaster, maybe a heat gun is next, if something is stuck?

@clegg is a left hand drill bit the same as this or actually different (see photo). I broke off this in it. @amc49 the jets did have a flathead slot on them, the metal is just so soft they stripped instantly.

Hey all, Pilot jets were stuck and they’re now beat to hell with no budging at all after pb buster, broken extractor bit and all. Any other suggestions for getting these damn things out?
