Ok did some research on the web and it seems the windows are just pressed in on other bikes, so i will try to tap it out gently. On a side note, getting out old fork seals has turned out to be a real nightmare.

Why you need the code? Just take a side cover or something to the mixer and they mix the tone for you.

isigt the german version of this bike has 20kW engine, it is detuned with camshaft and it probably has smaller jets aswell. So better recheck just to be safe.

No, the bearings are not special, one rear bearing even has a flange in it to make it fit the rear axel. If i dig around a bit maybe i can find the Koyo part numbers for them cause i just bought them but threw away the boxes.
