Hi All, l have been told that the best way to clean out the carbs is to clean them in a Ultrasonic cleaner, has any body tried this ans does it work well, ? thinking of buying a ultrasonic cleaner to do the job , can get one from maplins for around £40 . wondering if its worth it :bike:

Hi all, does anybody know if l can use xs500 down pipes (header pipes ) on my xs400se ? have seen a set up for sale . only have a very rusty 2 into 1 pipe and whated to put 2 exhausts back on. pic of my project so far

Hi all , l am rebuilding a xs400se and am a little bit stuck and wondering if anybody can help. the problem is l have forgot where abouts the earth band goes, its a braided metal strip about 100mm long with eyelets on both ends , and sadly cant remenber where l took it off . starting to think it...
