does any one have a wiring diagram for a 82 heritage special? I only have 3 fuse's:wtf: and turn signals don't work that well and break light doesn't work.:shrug: please help

Can any one recommend a good shop in San Francisco Bay Area to put a hard tail on my xs400 or can recommend me to some one with experience? I want a Hard tail but I don't want to F@ck it up:doh: and have to spend more time and money to fix it later.:bang head:

just bought it today old owner said bat is dead because its been siting for 3 years so i tried kick starting it and it won start, checked gas its full (new Gas) checked fuse box found 3 good ones dont know how many i need to have checked petcock its pointing to on sprayed carb with carb...
