Wanted - 18" mag drum brake rear wheel in Europe

I have been searching for ages. Been told in xs400.com that you could find them in Europe, what would be like a dream come true for me, but still, I haven't been able to find one yet.

I think that the transportation costs would be too high if you're located in USA.
