For Sale - 1979 XS400 - Parts Bike or Build Project

I bought the bike planning on a winter project, things didn't work out and I need some space. The bike is rough from an poorly planned strip down from the previous owner. No key, but has title. Perfect for a parts bike, a chop / brat / cafe project. Needs some parts (exhaust, seat, etc, scrapped the old seat because it was ruined), frame is in great condition.

Doesn't run at the moment, previous owner had it running before it sat, tank has been drained, will need to bring a trailer or truck to tow on pickup. Tank has no leaks, but has dent, was going to replace. Asking $400, price is negotiable, I want to move this bike ASAP.

How much for the complete front end. And the rear wheel and the complete from brake master cylinder

And if the rear is a disc how much for the whole thing. Wheel swing arm rotor caliper torque arm and master cylinder

I'm really just trying to sell the whole thing, all or nothing. I'm moving in the next month and don't have the space to part it out and store it.
