There's a lot of different options out there, I don't want to buy garbage that I'm going to end up replacing in a year. Anyone have good recommendations? Thanks in advance!

1980 XS400 Replacement Sprockets/chain

Yamaha makes great sprockets. JT and sunstar are ok. Search by part numbers. You will find more options. The bikes with the 16" rear wheels use an off set rear sprocket to help the chain clear the wider rear wheel. These are only used on 80-82 sohc bikes. I use standard chains but they are nickel plated.
