For Sale - 1982 Heritage Special parts/engine rebuild?

I'm selling my bike as a part bike because a connecting rod broke while I was riding and put a hole in the crank case as shown. It was riding fine until then. The bike only had 14xxx on it. If someone is mechanically inclined they could buy the crank case for it and a new connecting rod and have a really nice bike. Also the bike does not have the spoked wheels as seen in the pictures it has the mag wheels now and also has straight bars. They buyer will be responsible for pick up and is located in Milwaukee Wisconsin. Any other questions ask. I have a clean title for the bike! Sold as is. No warranty. Thanks for looking

DO you know if the carburetor intake boots (from carbs to engine) are the same on this model from an 83 xs400 Maxim? I haven't had much luck with finding that out. Can you send pics of the condition of the boots if you still have them please?
