80 model tci coils

Hey guys whats the method to test the the coils with the tci sohc model?
The pdf manual on this site only has info on the points model and not the TCI model.

Also im having a hard time finding a place to buy replacement 3 ohm coils. Everywhere seems to sell the 4ohm coils from the points model.

My coils have 2 wires coming out 1 red, 1 orange. 12v cm11 55 also written on them.

You can find good used ones on ebay. The manual I have has the tci bikes in it. Model g,sg,H,sh.
