I have a question, anyone who knows what model xs400 who has this curved and not straight frame, red mark.

I would say that is a custom frame. It looks like it was setup for a solo seat.

How about the year with frame number 16Y-011054, engine number 6ECE (16Y)? Im really confuse to find the year for that.
