Aftermarket front brake?

Hi, I'm new to the forum and a new owner of an XS400. I picked the bike up as a winter project and my biggest problem so far is finding parts to refurbish the entire front brake system.

Someone before me must have tossed half of the front caliper and I cant get the master cylinder to pump fluid. The line looks good though.

My question: Is there an aftermarket front brake for this bike (mines an '82 Maxim if that helps)? or maybe an easier to find alternative motorcycle's front brake?

Oh and is Ebay pretty much my only option for used parts? Or are there websites I havnt found yet?

From what Ive read here on the forum, chinese stuff is crap and definitely not safe or reliable. For a mirtor thats ok, but dont get chinese brakes or chain

willem, yeah that's what I was thinking, I definitely don't wanna skimp on the brakes. I sometimes get pretty decent products from China, so I figured I'd ask.
