The thing is, I don't think I posted a proper intro myself so I can't complain when others don't!

dman, the posts in the thread volcom linked to tell you what the downloads contain. Download the first manual posted, then download part 2 from the 2nd post, and chapter 4 from the 3rd post. That should cover it 3 different ways.
