I am a lookin for someone that can help chop and bob my '79 with travis's kit. I do not have a garage and do not know how to weld, but really want to make this little bike bad ass. Any helpers.
Thanks volcom. Are yoy planning on getting a welder in the future. I am not looking to start this build tilllate winter early spring. Any othet welding helpets?
yes. i am, hopefully after a couple project bikes get moved around, ill be able to get a welder. probably a lincoln 220 mig. would love to learn to tig, but thats a lot harder and its easier to mig, and that means easier to get good at it. if i wer to weld it up for you, it would be mig welded, if thats cool with you?
negative. it is not. ive been dragging my feet gotta fab some stuff for the electronics housing box then wire it and deal with the carbs. great.
oil pump failed on my taurus, so that on craigslist right now.
lookin for a ranger or s10 to haul stuff around.
im kinda trying to locate a ride right now then its all about the bike. and my mustang. and my 73 125 yami. damn. i should really just finish something. lol
as soon as its done tho, im comin out and well plan your build. ill show you what i would have done differently as far as the mounts go and such things.
