Brake drum hub for 16" and 18"

Hi, Can anyone tell me if the brake drum hubs for 16" and 18" interchangable? or are they different sizes?

I think it's just a matter of spoke length.

Not sure about that. You will have to get measurements to be sure.

Got the 18" wheel and my old drum from the 16" does fit, Thanks again.
