Hey guys my name is Jerry and I own JLH Choppers. I build bobbers, fab custom parts and offer paint jobs. I just got an xs400 to build for a customer. Heres what I'm starting with.

The last pic is just showing the new ride hight. Im ordering new shocks and adding a drop seat.

Wow this is lookin cool! How did you do the seat?

Thanks. I made the seat pan from 14 gauge steel. Then i put 1 inch of foam on it and shaped it. Then i made the cover and put it on.

Awesome. What material did you use for the cover? I also just noticed that you cut the passenger mounts off and how you left the piece for the brake. I was wondering how I was going to do that and you did exactly what I was thinking! Now I can see my idea before doing it, awesome.

I used whisper vinyl on the seat. You can get it at joann fabric. Im glad I can help with the frame. I caped the end off for a clean look.
