XS400 Addict
I started to build this as I saw it to be feasible. The motor cases are from a 1966 A65L and the frame is a 1981Yamaha XS400. The match seems destined to work as the motor and oil tank all but look as though they were made to work. I ran out of desire so as a proposition, I wish to sell this as part or whole.
The crankcase has a new timing side bushing and a good roller bearing on the main.
There is a stud broken off at the oil sump mount on the bottom as seen in a picture.
The frame is titled and I have the gas tank that fits. New tires, brake shoes, new spokes on rear custom made by Buchanan's.
The tank is a 81 Yamaha with BSA decals and the oil tank is original BSA. It is uncanny how well this fitment is.
I would take $500 for the package or will separate.
