Started my bike to see if I had the lights hooked up right and noticed even after it's warmed up it will rev smoothly from idle to 2000 rpm then jump from 2000 to 3000. It will not hold rpm between 2000 and 3000 It's fine from idle to 2000 and 3000 up but not in between. Is this most likely cable related or carb related?
