If you are splitting your cases check out Disaster Motors. They have a complete oil seal kit.
Dave is the fellow I've been in contact with with the purchase of my oil seal kit. He has been really quick, like five minutes or less, to respond with emails.
I think if we would ask for more XS400 options we could get them through him with great customer service!
