DOHC 18 inch wheel into 1980 special

Hello !

This is a first post on this forum. I am working to rebuild the xs400 special made in 1980.
I would like to fit rear/front wheel 18inch from DOHC model.I have already bought them but without disc, drum and sprocket so not able to check. Before I will buy missing parts I would like to double check if it will work.

If you have any tips or DIY manual I would be great
