I'm working on a xr650L motor and biggest jet I can buy is 155 but I want to go 160

Is there a drill bit I could buy for 160 = 0.60mm.

According to Wikipedia there is a size 0.6mm bit, but I've not seen any on Amazon. I would try and get a machine shop to do it, but that's just me.

you can get drill bits down to around 0.1mm I used to have some smaller sizes "borrowed" from work but they have long since vanished now. I used to do CNC drilling on printed circuit boards. Perhaps check your local Yellow Pages to see if there are any similar companies near you? They are very weak drills tho and would need to be used in a pillar drill with your carb held in a vice. You'll probably wreck the carb if you tried it by hand (and snap all the drills).

Is that a 4 cylinder or a big twin?

Does it use the same carbs or something? Mike's sells 160 mains; I bought them from there.
