So I forgot to mark which header was for which side and I see they are marked on the pipes 1 and 2 and was wondering if any of you guys could tell me which pipe goes to which side. I couldn't find numbers on the engine so I was curious if you are looking at the front of the cycle which pipe goes to which side if it really matters?

they are handed, 1 is left and 2 right I guess.
Its pretty obvious when you offer 1 up by the fit!

the pipes splay out slightly to the outside if that helps.
left and right is for when you are sitting on the bike looking to the front (you'd look silly facing the other way round)

Yeah thanks drewpy after holding them up together I could tell which side is which. I welded the tips I bought on yesturday and will post pics on my exhaust thread so check them out later tonight or tomorrow and let me know what you think.
