electrical problem

So my bike was running this morning, and after a couple of hours I went to start it a had no power, hooked it up to a charger and still nothing....they battery is new(less than 2 months) and a new voltage regulator went in with the battery. Needless to say I got mad and started tearing the bike apart, so now I'm going for a overhaul of anything unneeded or broken, cafe racer here I come
