Looks like Fedex Ground and USPS would each be around $58 with the carton I have (18"x10"x25", just under 20 pounds packed, from 53089 zip code). Pacific Northwest is probably worst case scenario in terms of shipping from here.

Those are gone, but I do have another XS400 front end, still on the rolling chassis. Also have an XS650 front end, those are slightly longer but work well on the 400 ... email me direct if you'd like pics of either/both. robb.zimdars@gmail.com
