Going Crazy!!!

I bought a 1989 XS400 for 450 dollars after it sat in a barn for a few years. I replaced the air boots on the carb and put new sparks plugs in it. Also drained the gas and oil and filled the tank with good gas and gum out full system cleaner. It idles now but it goes up and down and has 0 power barely hit 30 going down hill!!! I think the fuel mixture needs adjusted but I can not find the screw anywhere!!! Please someone help!!!!

it will help you to avoid unintentionally making things worse (experience talking).

And it will explain how, after you clean your carbs and it still won't run right, you will have to clean them 2 or 3 more times
