Going to look at a 1978 XS - will I own an SOHC too?

Found what looks like a complete, well maintained 1978 runner for $600 not far from my house. Anything I should keep in mind when checking it out?

haha thats probably a good thing. You need to finish your current project first. It might get messy with two projects

The same guy has a complete, running Nighthawk 650 (1984) for $800, but the 80s Nighthawks don't have anywhere near the character...

I like the 84 nighthawk. Just looked at them on google. Haven't really seen them around much. $800 eh? Is it in good condition?
