Got the bike running...small video inside

So I swapped out my floats and float bowl gaskets, did a tune-up and oil change and got her running. Still have to play with the idle mixture and little things here and there...but it runs! I took it around the block a couple of times and it feels pretty good Working on getting it titled and once that's done I'll buy some new shoes for it and ride it every day I can. Well here's a little video of it idling...

I'm also going to try and make my own seat pan/seat (cafe style) once my brother has some time - I don't/can't weld

I love your gauge cluster. I've still got the square cluster. Where did you get yours and were can i get a set like it?

That looks like the stock gauges for that year.

Alright. I've got an 82. They must have changed it then. Can the 80 style gauge fit my 82? Or would i need some modding?
