HELP!

I have a 82 xs400j maxim, was wondering where i can get aftermarket carbs for the bike. i just dont know where to look or where to get them! any help would be great! thanks!

I would stick with stock if I where you. You can find used ones on ebay. Don't know of any direct aftermarket replacements that will work.

What xschris said. You will spend less by buying a used one off ebay. I would suggest getting a rebuild kit (gaskets, needle valve etc) to. IF you still have the original carbs, then just rebuild them. The kits aren't cheap but the rebuild is easy to do. Lots of instructional videos out there to. I have bought the aftermarket Amazon carbs from China for and old Honda dirt bike. I would have been better off rebuilding what I had.

+1 The only thing you might find is flat slide carbs which arent worth your trouble. Buy used.
