Hi all, I have just purchased my "new" XS400 special, 1989 and collect it on saturday. My eventual plan is to convert it to a Bobber and commute back and forth with it as a daily ride to work and back. I have another ride for the weekends and longer tours which I LOVE.

I attach a pic of the bike I have just purchased... Im looking forward to learning loads off this forum, and maybe even helping others eventually too.

oops, previous owner has just double checked paperwork...its a 1981...ok very good, at least I know THAT model exists....lol
