How easy is it to mount forward controls to a standard 1981 XS400 U.S. Custom frame?

Hey Dudes,
I was wandering how easy a job it is to fit some forward controls to my standard XS400 Frame. I'm bobbing my bike and i'm a fairly tall rider (6ft ish) and i want to mount some forward controls which i am looking at on Ebay (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Black-pow...77?pt=UK_Motorcycle_Parts&hash=item3f1c4c34e9) , in order for me to feel less cramped on the bike. Any of you guys done it? And if so have you got any photos?

you need something like this for easy install. but almost anything can be made to work.
