Indicator/neutral/oil pressure lights stopped working

I switched over to LED turn signals (also mounted them in the stock turn signal housing). After installing the diodes to stop all 4 signals flashing when I switch them on, the lights for the turn signals, neutral and oil pressure stopped working. I didn't mess with any of the wiring other than what I had to so I'm not sure what to do? Any suggestions?
