yep folks september the 2nd is etched in my mind as the tracker roared into life today.


it is F*cking LOUD

The whole street came out, dogs barked, cats ran off. Its a beast, it shakes and burbles and... and I'm stoked :bike:

the front brake needs bedding in, and I need to fine tune the electronic ignition and then I think it needs the exhaust packing with a bit of rock wool or it won't pass the MOT.

still got to do the lights yet, but i don't care..IT LIVES!! :rock:
 
the pet cock has started leaking. Aparently PTFE is shite for sealing gas. So I've just order some goo which is petrol resistant.

I still need to connect 4 wires up and the headlamp wiring's done.
then a phone call to the insurance dept....

nephew is a photographer so hopefully next weekend he can shoot some photos in the disused Royal ordinance factory close to me.

In the beginning my XS had those short Megaton replica's and when I started the bike the neighbours closed windows and doors:wtf:
Some people just can't appreciate good (4stroke)music....
 
thanks Hornix, I get the typical alluding british comments, "at least they will know your coming" "can you not get a proper exhaust for that?" etc etc :D
