Kickstart shaft spline diameter

Hey to all,

During last rough ride i lost my kickstarter lever :D (well the screw was loose probably).
I cannot find OEM part to replace so i will need to buy some aftermarket kickstart lever,

and here goes the issue:
On the market there are some universal levers with diameter 13mm and 16mm for spine shaft.
But i measured XS400 shaft and it looks to be bigger - maybe around 19mm?

How to measure it correctly, or better - what is correct diameter for XS400 spline shaft for kickstarter?

A quick EBay search shows multiple “xs400 kickstart” at around $20 each.

i forgot to mention that I am from central Europe, and prices here for that are much much higher. also shipping from US is too much for a $20 order.
