what would you want for the seat and cluster and wouldthe cluster inter change with a 79 xs400

Im honestly not sure if the cluster would swap, you would need to ask a xs400 pro. I know the 78s and 79s are completely different bikes, but clusters may swap. Feel free to PM me with an offer on the seat and cluster if you discover that it works for you.

Yes, I still have the seat, it is in good shape, no damage or tears. I imagine it has been recovered, but whoever did it did a pretty good job. Feel free to PM with an offer if interested.

Super random part request but do you have the Gear Selector Guide (#18 in this diagram).

Between the time that I took the bike apart to now I've lost it. If you have some of those little inter-case dowel thingies that would be great too!

I have found the part for you The screw holes are a little messed because I had to drill them out but a new set of pan head screws and it will be fine. $15 shipped. I had to add a little more to the price because you are out of the U.S. Paypal only.

Good news is that through some divine intervention I found a plastic bag with the part in it!

Bad news it that I don't need it. Sorry for the time spent looking, hopefully I'll have better timing/luck next time
