Wanted - Looking for XS360 Frame or early XS400 frame

I have a 1976 motor that I am looking for a frame + swing arm to put the motor in. I am located in Boise (Meridian), ID.

Would like a title of course, but not a deal breaker. Just will need a bill of sale.
