Trade - mags for spokes

Whats up everyone,

I was looking to make a few changes to my bike over the winter and would love to switch my 81 over from mags to spokes. I want to know if anyone is willing to trade mag wheels and fork lowers for a set of wire wheels and fork lowers. My mags have the disk break set fyi.Ill be trading my stock mags that are undrilled and unpainted.

What is the diameters of them? I'm in Northwest indiana, and would be willing to swap, along with the brake lever and cable if you include the caliper and brake lever/MC as well, if they're 18/16".

My rims are pitted and surface-rusty though
