Need to adjust Throttle cable.. Any hints?

when I move my handlebars to the right it pulls on the throttle cable.. If i'm idle it pulls it enough to make the engine rev past 7000 RPMS.. So its definintly an issue..

Anyone else experience this??

I had this happen when I put my bike back together with different bars. I had to re-route the cable and that fixed it.
