Hey all.
XS400.
1980.
10 years older than I.
Paid one U.S. dollar per cc for it sometime last month, 107 years after Yamaha sold their first piano. Bought it from a guy who had put the decal on it so I left it on.
I'm looking for advice on maintenance, design modifications, and winter gear / tire suggestions.
I'd really like to fully restore this one and make some big improvements. You guys have inspired me!

What did you have in mind? You can go from mild to wild, just depends on what you want to do and how much you wish to spend.
