No spark on my 1977 Yamaha XS360

Hello guys!! My 1977 XS360 is not currently running. I received this bike completely apart. I've been trying to assemble and install all the main parts to get this engine going (Coils, battery, spark plugs,fuse-box, relay etc). I believe that everything is in place now but I'm not getting any sparks on my engine. What would it be the right order procedure to test all this components by process of elimination. Where should I start? thanks very much for your help

Id start with the battery does it have proper voltage. Working your way thru the circuit to the coils and plug wires and test those for proper resistance. Make sure all grounds are actually grounded.
Mine wouldn't spark due to one wire in the headlight assembly not being grounded.
